Our approach
Soft, humble & precise.
“I am soft, humble & precise. And I take good after care.”
When the clinic was asked why patients come back, this was the answer — in the dentist's own words. It is a short sentence, but it describes the whole way the practice works: a gentle, unhurried approach, precise clinical work and genuine follow-up after every treatment.
Because Dr Smile Dental Care is a single-dentist clinic, the person who examines you is the person who treats you and the person who follows up afterwards. There is no hand-off between chairs, and your history doesn't have to be repeated at every visit.
- 01Gentle
- Nothing is rushed. You get time to settle into the chair, local anaesthesia where a procedure needs it, and a pause whenever you ask for one.
- 02Humble
- You are listened to first. Your worry, your budget and your questions shape the plan — the dentist explains, you decide.
- 03Precise
- Careful diagnosis with digital X-rays when they're needed, then unhurried, exact clinical work, one step at a time.
- 04Aftercare that follows through
- Treatment doesn't end at the bill. You leave with clear instructions for home, and the clinic checks in afterwards to see how you're healing.
How a visit feels
Calm, clear, unhurried.
Nothing happens in the chair without you understanding it first.
A first visit starts with a conversation, not an instrument. You explain what's bothering you — in English, Hindi or Marathi — and Dr. Pooja asks about your medical history and any medicines you take. Then comes a careful examination of your teeth and gums. An X-ray is taken only when it's actually needed to see what the eye can't, and with the clinic's RVG digital X-ray the image is on screen within seconds, so you can see it too.
You then hear your options in plain words: what's wrong, what can be done, what happens if you wait, and what each option involves. You get a clear estimate before any treatment begins. Treatment is never started just because you happen to be in the chair — if you want time to think or talk it over at home, that is completely fine.
When treatment does go ahead, it's done at a pace you're comfortable with. Afterwards you leave with simple instructions for home, and the clinic follows up to see how you're settling — the "aftercare that follows through" part of the promise.

Hygiene & sterilisation
Clean, every time.
Instruments are sterilised in an autoclave and the clinic is sanitised every day.
An autoclave sterilises reusable dental instruments with steam under pressure — the standard method for instruments that touch the inside of the mouth. Sterilisation happens between patients, so every patient is treated with a clean, sterilised set.
Daily sanitising covers the clinic and treatment areas. If you'd like to know more about how a particular instrument is cleaned, just ask — it's a reasonable question, and you'll get a straight answer.
